Phacelia Honey

Our Phacelia honey is a highly prized, delicate, light-colored honey, celebrated for its mild, subtly floral, and slightly citrusy taste, making it an excellent all-purpose sweetener. It is Antioxidant-rich: Contains high levels of minerals (iron, magnesium, calcium) and B vitamins.

This is produced from bees that we move to pure fields of phacelia crop. Usually grown as a green manure by farmers, it is also a popular pollinator plant, being extremely attractive to bees and other insects.
